यह पेज Phone Map के लिए है – Android app (Google Play पर "Phone Map भू नक्शा - Land Map") और वेबसाइट phonemap.in। लॉगिन अपनी मर्ज़ी से है; खाता न बनाया हो तो server पर मिटाने को कुछ नहीं है।
ऐप में खाता मिटाएँ
- Phone Map ऐप खोलें और ऊपर ⚙️ सेटिंग दबाएँ।
- 👤 खाता वाले हिस्से में "खाता मिटाएँ" दबाएँ।
- पूछने पर हाँ (OK) दबाएँ – खाता उसी समय मिट जाता है।
ऐप के बिना
- किसी भी browser में phonemap.in/#/settings खोलें, उसी Google खाते या email + पासवर्ड से लॉगिन करें और "खाता मिटाएँ" दबाएँ।
- या अपने खाते वाले email से support@phonemap.in पर "खाता मिटाएँ" लिखकर भेजें – हम 30 दिन के भीतर (सामान्यतः जल्दी) खाता और उसका सारा डाटा मिटा देंगे।
क्या मिटता है
- आपका नाम, email, Google खाते की पहचान (ID), पासवर्ड का hash और सारे लॉगिन।
- खाते में रखा सारा डाटा: "मेरे सहेजे नक्शे" (कस्टम नक्शे), खेत की नाप और सहेजे खसरे।
- यह सब Phone Map के server से तुरंत और हमेशा के लिए मिटता है; कोई backup copy नहीं रखी जाती।
क्या रहता है
- Server और hosting के सामान्य request logs (IP address, समय) सुरक्षा के लिए अधिकतम 30 दिन रहते हैं, फिर अपने-आप मिट जाते हैं।
- आपके फ़ोन में रखी copy आपके पास रहती है – ऐप हटाने पर, या Android की Settings → Apps → Phone Map → Storage → Clear data से मिटती है।
- ज़मीन बाज़ार की listing खाते से अलग है – उसे listing पर "हटाएँ" से मिटाएँ, या support@phonemap.in पर लिखें।

ऐप के 💾 सेव खेत पेज पर हर सहेजा नक्शा, नाप या खसरा ✕ दबाकर अलग से मिटा सकते हैं – वह आपके खाते से भी हट जाता है।

Phone Map – Delete your account and data
This page is for Phone Map – the Android app (listed on Google Play as "Phone Map भू नक्शा - Land Map") and the website phonemap.in. Signing in is optional; if you never created an account, there is nothing stored on our server to delete.
Delete in the app
- Open the Phone Map app and tap ⚙️ Settings (सेटिंग) at the top.
- In the 👤 Account (खाता) section, tap "Delete account" (खाता मिटाएँ).
- Confirm – the account is deleted immediately.
Without the app
- Open phonemap.in/#/settings in any browser, sign in with the same Google account or email + password, and tap "Delete account" (खाता मिटाएँ).
- Or email support@phonemap.in from your account's email address asking to delete your account. We delete the account and all its data within 30 days (usually much sooner).
What is deleted
- Your name, email address, Google account ID, password hash and all sign-in sessions.
- All data stored in your account: saved custom maps, field measurements and saved plots (khasras).
- It is deleted from the Phone Map server immediately and permanently; no backup copy is kept.
What is kept
- Ordinary server and hosting request logs (IP address, time) are kept for up to 30 days for security, then deleted automatically.
- The copy on your phone stays with you until you uninstall the app or use Android Settings → Apps → Phone Map → Storage → Clear data.
- Land-market listings are not part of the account – delete a listing with its delete button, or write to support@phonemap.in.
Keep the account, delete some data
On the app's 💾 Saved (सेव खेत) page you can delete any saved map, measurement or plot with ✕ – it is removed from your account too.
